摘要
本文叙述一种具有六弹簧弹性支承悬臂离心机的一种快速整机动平衡技术的原理和方法。本文提出的方法系根据模态平衡原理,但并不需要预先获得各阶模态曲线。本文还叙述了单测点平衡以及同时进行高、低速平衡的原理和方法。经此方法平衡后的离心机,能在整个操作转速的范围内平稳地运转。
In this paper a whole machine balancing technique for cantilevered centrifuge with six-spring e- lastic support is described.This method utilizes the principle of modal curves in advance.The mea-surements made at single point is sufficient for determining the required balance weights.Futher theprinciple and method of performing low speed and high speed balancing simultaneously are also de-scribed. The centrifuge balanced by this technique operates smoothly over the whole range of operatingspeeds.
