摘要
以立式粉磨机立柱为研究对象,采用有限元软件ANSYS对立柱进行模态分析,得到立柱的固有频率和相应的主振型。为了解各阶频率对结构响应情况,对立柱进行了谐响应分析,得到立柱可能在27 Hz附近发生共振。根据分析结果对立柱进行改进,使得立柱第1阶固有频率提高到28.66 Hz,立柱第2阶固有频率提高到29.91 Hz,有效地避免了共振的发生。研究结果为提高立式粉磨机立柱的动态性能及再设计提供了理论依据。
Taking the vertical pillar of vertical mill as the object of study, the vibration modal analysis of vertical pillar was made with finite element analysis software ANSYS,the natural frequencies and the principal frequency of the vertical pillar were obtained. To understand the structural response to each frequency, the harmonic response analysis of vertical pillar was made, and it was confirmed that the resonance of the vertical pillar may occurs at about 27 Hz. According to the results of the analysis, the structure of vertical pillar was improved, the first natural frequency of vertical pillar was increased to 28.66 Hz and its second natural frequency was increased to 29.91 Hz, these could efficiently avoid resonance occurrence of the vertical pillar. The resuits of study provides theoretical base for improving dynamic performance of vertical mill and its design.
