摘要
通过对地方高校现行绩效考核指标体系的分析,从而确定优化措施和方法,进而优化教师绩效考核指标的内容和权重,使其更适合地方高校为地方经济发展培养实践性人才的办学特色。
By means of analysis of the index system of the teaching performance evaluation of teachers and staff members in local college and university it is to define the measures and method of optimization.It makes further to optimize the examination of the content and weight of the teachewrs performance so that the local colleges and universities cultivate more practical talents for the local economy progress.
