摘要
本文基于对高校教师绩效考核内涵的理解,通过实地调查,对益阳高校教师的绩效考核的现状进行研究,分析了考核存在的问题及原因,为设计出适合学校科学发展的绩效考核体系提供了有力依据。
In this paper, the performance appraisal of college teachers based on understanding, through field investigation, the research on Yiyang college teacher performance appraisal of the situation, analyze the problems and reasons existed, provides a strong based design for the scientific development of school performance appraisal system.
