摘要
靖南72-13H1井是部署在鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡的一口丛式水平开发井,设计井深4 712 m/垂深3 566 m,最大井斜度90.50°,水平段长1 138 m,四开采用φ152.4 mm钻头钻进,钻井液类型为阳离子烷基糖苷(CAPG)钻井液。该体系继续保持了烷基糖苷(APG)钻井液优良的携岩带砂、润滑防卡和抗温抗污染能力,并加强了抑制能力,提高了钻井液的井壁稳定性,且成本较低。现场应用表明,该钻井液较好地满足了钻井工程的需要,机械钻速较临井有较大幅度提高,钻完井过程未出现井下复杂现象。
Jingnan 72-13H1 well was a cluster-type horizontal well which was deployed in the Yishan slope of Ordos Basin.The design depth 4 712 m/vertical depth 3 566 m,the maximum deviation angle 90.50°, and the length of the horizontal section 1 138 m. It was drilled with Ф152.4 mrn drill bits for the fourth spud. The cationic alkyl polyglucosides (CAPG)drilling fluid was adopted. This system not only maintain the excellent performances of alkyl polyglucosides (APG)drilling fluid,including good capacity of carrying cuttings, lubricant function for preventing sticking,good heat tolerance and contamination tolerance. On this basis,the inhibition performance of drilling fluid was inhanced,the wellbore stability was improved,and the cost was reduced. The field application shows that,CAPG drilling fluid can meet the project need well,mechanical drilling speed have greatly improved compared with the wells near by,complex phenomenon does not appear in the process of drilling and completion process.
