摘要
针对塔中地区碳酸盐岩裂缝性地层特点及MSF正电胶水基钻井液稳定性差,泥饼厚,粘附系数大等缺点,研制出一套适合于该地区的新型钻井液体系——JHH。通过室内的性能评价表明,该体系流变性好;抗劣土侵污能力强;在130℃下热滚12h的回收率达87.3%;渗透率恢复值大于85%,储层保护好;泥饼粘附系数<0.2,润滑性好;单剂及体系荧光级小于3.0级,满足打探井要求;单剂及钻井液体系的Ec50值大于30000mg/L,无污染,因而可满足环境保护要求。该体系已在塔中某井现场试验,结果性能稳定,维护方便,有良好的推广应用前景。
On the basis of considering the characteristics of a fractured formation in the Tazhong area and the disadvantages in a MSF positive charge waterbased drilling fluid,a new drilling fluid system is developed in labThe results obtained show that the rheological property of the new system is satisfactory. Its retrieving ratio is up to 873% after treatment of 12 h at 130℃, Kd/Ko(permeability buildup value)more than 85%,and Kf(adhesion factor) is less than 02.The fluorescence grades of a single agent and the drilling fluid with it are less than 30 and its EC50 values more than 30000mg/L, which shows that the new system is capable of eleminating a pollution and meeting the needs of environmental protection The drilling fluid system is applied to the well TZ44 and the results obtained are satisfactory
