摘要
目的 探讨缺血性视神经病变（ION）的血液流变性变化.方法 分别测定26例ION患者血液流变学指标与正常对照组进行比较,结果 ION全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉方程K值明显高于对照组（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）.结论 血黏度增高与ION的发生密切相关,血液流变性改变在ION的发病中可能起到重要作用.
Objective To investigate the hemorheological changes during the pathogenesis of ischemic optic neuropathy（ION）.Methods The hemorheological parameters of 26 cases of ION were compared with those of matched controls.Results The whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, HCT and ESR equation Kvalue are significantly higher inlON compared with controls（P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Blood viscosity increase is closely associated with ION.Hermorheological changes may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ION.
