摘要
对缺血性视神经乳头病变（43例48只眼）进行了经紫外线照射充氧后自体血回输及血管扩张剂治疗的疗效比较，发现紫外线照射充氧自体血回输组显效率95．84％（23／24），血管扩张剂组显效率为66．67％（16／24），P＜0．05，两组有显著性差异。认为该疗法可改善低氧血症，恢复能量代谢，改善微循环，具有疗程短，疗效好，无毒副作用等优点，可考虑为缺血性视神经乳头病变的一种新疗法。
We evaluated the results of treatment of ischemic optic disc lesion(48 eyes of 43 cases) with either oxy genated blood autotransfusion following ultraviolet radiation or vasodilators and found that effective rates were 95. 84% and 66. 67% respectively (P<0.05). The results suggested that oxygenated blood autotransfu sion might be improving hypoxemia and microcirculation,and recovering energy metabolism. It also has the advantages of shorter collrse of treatment, better curative effect and fewer side effects. In conclusion, this therapy could serve as a new method of treatment for ischemic optic disc lesion.
