摘要
目的:探讨高压氧(hyperbari,coxygen,HBO)对缺血性视神经病变(ischem ic optic neuropathy,ION)的疗效。方法:我科门诊ION患者38例45眼,用HBO联合药物治疗。随机选择36例42眼同期ION病例为对照组,单纯采用药物治疗。结果:试验组总有效率为82%,对照组总有效率为40%。χ2=16.08,P<0.005。结论:早期应用HBO治疗能使细胞免受缺氧损害。
AIM： To evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） on ischemic optic neuropathy （ION）. METHODS： A total of 38 cases （45 eyes） underwent HBO combining dvug treatment. Another 36 cases （42 eyes） were chosen randomly and given medicine only at the same time. RESULTS： The effective rate was 82% in Testing Group and 40% in the controls （X^2=16.08, P〈0.005）. CONCLUSION： Early application of HBO can protect cells from anoxic danger.
