摘要
利用粳稻02428突变体的RIL群体336个F9家系,对糙米中总黄酮和生物碱等2种功能活性成分含量的变异及其与主要农艺性状的相关性进行分析。结果表明,①2种功能活性成分在F9家系间均有较大的变异,其中生物碱含量变异最大,总黄酮变异最小,变异系数分别为55.87%和22.67%。②剑叶宽与总黄酮含量(0.135**)、结实率与生物碱含量(0.130**)呈极显著相关;穗下节长与总黄酮含量(0.127*)、秕粒数与生物碱含量(-0.125*)呈显著相关。③剑叶宽、穗下节长与总黄酮含量、秕粒数与生物碱含量的相关关系主要是直接效应,直接通径系数分别为0.129,0.250和-0.298;结实率与生物碱含量的相关主要是通过株高、剑叶长宽、穗颈长、穗下节长、1~2节长、穗长、实粒数、秕粒数的间接作用,说明剑叶宽、穗下节长、秕粒数和结实率可作为高含量总黄酮、生物碱水稻品种选育的重要参考指标。
The correlation between functional activity substants contents and main agronomic characters was analyzed using 336 RIL population(F9) derived from an Mutant 02428 of a set brown rice.The results showed that: (i) There were high variation among total flavones and alkaloid in brown rice for RIL.The variation coefficient of alkaloid content was the highest(55.87 %),whereas that of flavones content was the lowest(22.67 %).(ii)There were very significant correlation between flag leaf width and total flavones content(0.135**),seed setting rate and alkaloid content(0.130**),significant correlation between node length under spike and total flavones content (0.127*),blighted grains per panicle and alkaloid content(-0.125*);(iii) Total flavones content was affected by flag leaf width and node length under spike directly,and alkaloid content was affected by blighted grains per panicle, and direct path coefficients was 0.129,0.250 and-0.298,respectively.The correlation between seed setting rate and alkaloid content was affected by plant height,flag leaf length and width,peduncle length,node length under spike, length between first to second node,panicle length,filled grains per panicle and blighted grains per panicle indirectly.It was suggested that flag leaf width,node length under spike,blighted grains and seed setting rate could be used as a marker to identify flavones and alkaloid content in breeding rice quickly.
