摘要
文章深入剖析了现阶段农业科研管理工作中存在的实际问题,并针对当前农业科研单位的科研管理人员缺乏管理新理念、工作热情较低等问题,提出了科研管理人员应加强自身学习,掌握管理知识,树立"以人为本"的管理理念,切实做好科研管理工作,而农业科研单位则应加强对科研管理人员的培训和引导,建立合理、完善的考核体系,制定行之有效的激励机制等对策,以调动科研管理人员的工作热情,促进科研管理工作创新,使科研管理成为推动农业科研院所整体向前发展的"助推器"。
Actual problems existed in management of scientific research at present were analyzed in the paper. According to problems such as lacking new management idea and lower enthusiasm of administrative staff, were put forward. First, administrative staff should enhance study, have a good command of management knowledge, and insist on serving scientific people. Second, agricultural research institution should enhance on-the-job-training for administrative staff, and set up a reasonable check-up system. Third, agricultural research institution should set up rules of excitation mechanism in order to arouse enthusiasm of administrative staff and promote management innovation. Thus management of scientific research promotes overall development of agricultural research institution.
