摘要
本文通过对国外农业科研管理改革创新的特点的研究及我国农业科研管理工作中存在的问题分析 ,汲取有益经验 ,得出有益于我国农业科研管理创新的启示 ,提出为了适应国家“十五”科技计划管理的要求 ,农业科研管理必须在管理思路上进行创新 ,与时俱进。
Through study on the characteristics of reform and innovation abroad and analyzing the problem existed in agricultural science research management of China, this paper draws the beneficial experience and gains enlightenment to the innovation of agricultural scientific research management in China, and puts forward suggestions to get adapted to the requirement of state science and technology program management during the Tenth Five_Year Plan, and agricultural scientific research management must innovate in management thinking and keep pace with the times.
