摘要
文章分析总结了湖北省农业科技创新中心在农业科技创新管理理念、创新管理目标、创新管理组织等方面采取的具体措施和积累的经验,以期为完善湖北农业创新管理体系的建设和促进湖北地方农业经济的可持续发展提供参考和依据,也为加强地方农业科技创新能力、加快地方农业经济的可持续发展发挥重要的指导作用。
The concept, the goal and the organization in the management of agricultural science and technology innovation were summarized, which could provide reference for improving construction of management system of Hubei provincial agricultural science and technology innovation and for promoting the sustainable development of agricultural economy in Hubei. It would be significance in strengthening the local innovation capacity of agricultural science and technology, and speeding up the development of local agriculture economy.
