摘要
通过对原始粉的研磨、聚氨酯包覆,制备出包覆铝片,然后加入聚氨酯清漆里,制备低红外发射率漆膜。研究表明,在8~14μm波段红外窗口,其红外发射率达到0.41,与添加没有包覆铝片漆膜红外发射率相近,但漆膜的物理化学性能有明显的提高,其耐候性优异。同时研究了包覆铝片的径厚比和含量对漆膜的红外发射率影响,当铝片的尺寸为50~70μm,径厚比为30~35,含量为35%(质量百分比)时,漆膜红外发射率最低。
The coated aluminum sheet was prepared by grinding and coating,which was based on the original aluminum power.Then coated aluminum sheet was added into polyurethane varnish,and low infrared emissivity film was gained.In the 8~14 μm band infrared window,the infrared emission rate was 0.41.Infrared emissivity was similar to infrared emissivity of film with no coated aluminum sheet in polyurethane varnish,but the physical and chemical properties of the film improved significantly and its weather resistance increased significantly.The size and content of coated aluminum sheet were studied also.When the size and diameter to thickness ratio of aluminum sheet was 50~70 μm,the diameter to thickness ratio of aluminum sheet was 30~35 and the content was 35%,infrared emissivity of the film was the lowest.
