摘要
粘合剂是红外隐身涂料的重要成分,对涂料的红外性能有较大的影响。通过对当前红外隐身涂料粘合剂的研究成果进行分析,明确了红外隐身涂料对粘合剂红外性能和力学性能的要求,简要介绍了无机粘合剂、导电和半导电聚合物的性能特点及作用原理,列举了以ITO(掺锡氧化铟)为填料的多种树脂粘合剂的红外性能,详细介绍了通过改性方法获得低发射率或力学性能较好的粘合剂的实例。指出了当前红外隐身涂料粘合剂研究中存在的几点问题及其发展方向,对下一步的研究有一定的辅助作用。
The adhesive is an important part of infrared stealth coating, which can strongly affect the infrared performance of the coating. The current investigations of adhesives were analyzed. The infrared performance that the adhesive should reach was displayed. The characteristic and principle of conducting polymer and semiconducting polymer were mentioned. Characteristic of many infrared resins that could be used together with ITO ( indium tin oxide) Was presented. The examples of obtaining the adhesive needed were presented in detail. In addition, the disadvantages of the adhesives and the outlook were showed, which could be useful for the future research.
