摘要
对金属填料、涂层固化工艺以及着色颜料等因素对涂料红外发射率的影响开展了实验研究,结果表明:随着铝粉含量增加,发射率降低;酚醛-铝粉体系最佳固化温度为60℃,固化时间为12 h;选择硫化镉为着色颜料,含量不超过2%(质量分数)可以满足可见红外兼容。
In this paper, the main factors such as metal fillers, curing procedure and pigments that influence the emissivity of the infrared shielding coatings were studied. The results showed that the emissivity falled with increase of content of aluminium powder. The optimum curing temperature of phenolic resin - aluminium powder paint is 60 ℃ for 12 h. Use of cadmium sulfide as pigment ( 〈2% , m/m) could meet requirement of visible infrared system.
