摘要
目的:观察倍他司汀、舒血宁注射液联合治疗临床疗效与不良反应。方法:80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组42人,对照组38人,治疗组用倍他司汀、和舒血宁注射液;对照组单用倍他司汀,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为97.6%,对照组有效率84.2%,两组比较,疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:倍他司汀、舒血宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足安全有效。
Objective：To observe betabhistine, shuxuening injection in the treatment of Clinical emcacy and adverse reactions.Methods： 80 patients were raadomly diveded into two groups, treatment group 42, Control group 38, treatment group betahistine, and Shuxuening injection; control group betahistine alone,after treatment. Results：The treatment.Results： The treatment group was 97.6%, control group was 84.2%,between the two groups was significant difference in efficacy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Betahistine, Shuxuening vertebrobasilar insufficiency treatment safe and effective.
