摘要
随着机械零件服役条件的日益苛刻,金属材料的热处理尤其表面淬火显得尤为重要。感应加热表面淬火在淬火质量、生产效率及节能方面都有不可替代的优势。从其加热原理、性能优势及参数选择等方面分析感应加热表面淬火在金属零件表面淬火中的应用,为金属零件的表面热处理优化提供可靠的依据。
Because the work condition of machine parts is strict increasingly,the hot processing techniques of metals material,especially the surface-quenching technique are particularly important.Induction heating surface-quenching has irreplaceable advantage in quenching quality,production efficiency and energy saving.This paper analysis the application of induction heating surface-quenching in metal parts surface-quenching from the heating principle,performance advantage and parameter selection,the reliable basis is provided for optimization of surface heat-treatment in metal parts.
