摘要
通过建立数学模型对机床导轨导向误差进行了研究,分析了导轨误差对零件加工精度的影响,并从导轨的磨损、机床的安装及导轨的热变形等方面阐述了引起导轨误差的原因及减小导轨误差的措施。
The paper studies the guiding errors of the lathe guide by establishing mathematical models, analyses the influence of the guiding errors on machining accuracy, and lastly proposes the measures to reduce the guiding errors in such aspects as the wear and tear of the guide, the installation of lathe and guide's expansion with heat.
