摘要
提出了一种基于TMS320F28335芯片的数据采集系统方案,主要用于金属表面淬火深度的无损检测。系统方案包括硬件系统和软件流程的设计。通过涡流传感器检测外部数据,采用28335芯片自带的AD转换器将传感器的模拟信号采集至芯片内存,经过数据运算与拟合后送至液晶屏显示。系统采集速度为80ns,精度可达12位,可很好地满足实际检测的需要。
A scheme of data collection system that based on TMS320F28335 chips was proposed in this paper, which mainly used for nondestructive testing on hardening depth of metal surface. The system scheme include hardware and software flow design. Eddy current sensor was adopted to detects external data, and uses the AD of 28335 chip to converter sensor signal acquisition to memory chips, and the data was sent to the display, on the LCD panel after operation and fitting. The design System can meet the need of the actual detection that the acquisition speed is 80 ns, and the accuracy can reach 12 bit.
