摘要
概述了机床主轴内锥孔存在的质量问题,分析了机床主轴内锥孔沿轴线连续感应淬火时,工件与感应器间隙增大和加热面积增加等因素带来的工艺难点,应用自行开发研制的单片计算机控制系统进行功率补偿,达到了内银面淬火硬度和有效硬化层均匀的技术要求。
The heat treated quality of the taper bore ofspindle is of great importance to its accuracy durability.An analysis is made on the processing difficaltiesresulted from greater gap,between the workpiece andinductance heater and larger heating area during inductance quenching.And the power compensation is madeby a single-chip computer controlled system, which isdeveloped by ourselves,and satisfied the technologicalrequirements on quenched hardness and well-distributed effect hard layer.
