摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者血清PCNA蛋白水平与胃癌的相关关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测胃癌患者血清PCNA蛋白水平并行相关分析。结果胃癌患者血清PCNA蛋白含量与正常者相比无显著性差异。结论血清PCNA蛋白水平与胃癌不存在相关性。*
Objective To study the correlation between the level of serum PCNA and gastric carcinoma.Methods ELISA was used to detect serum PCNA protein level.Results The serum level of PCNA was same as normal.Conclusion There was no correlation between the level of serum PCNA and gastric carcinoma.
