摘要
清洁生产是一项实现经济与环境协调发展的系统工程,白酒工业作为我国传统发酵行业,一直存在能耗高、废物多等问题。在白酒行业实施清洁生产是十分必要的,能够改变传统的污染治理方式,实施整体预防的策略,从源头上削减或消除污染物,并且提高综合经济效益。以白酒工业的生产现状为基础,对白酒工业的能源、资源消耗情况以及主要污染物的种类、数量、来源等进行研究和探索。实施清洁生产是有效解决以上问题的方法和措施。
Cleaner production is a systematic project to achieve harmonious development of economy and environment.Liquor-making industry,as traditional fermentation industry in China,has always the disadvantages such as high energy consumption and excessive waste etc.Accordingly,cleaner production in liquor-making industry is quite essential,and it can change traditional pollution control method through an overall preventive strategy to ensure source reduction or elimination of pollutants,and to improve the overall economic value.In this paper,based on the present production situations of liquor-making industry,energy and resource consumption and the types,quantity,and source of the main pollutant in liquor-making industry were studied.The practice of cleaner production is an effective measure to settle the above problems in liquor-making industry.
