摘要
[目的]建立一种基于厌氧流化床的高效白酒工业废水处理方法,找出其最佳工艺条件。[方法]首先,在厌氧环境中驯化活性污泥,培养出所需要的菌种;然后,将活性污泥和载体一起投加到流化床反应器中处理白酒废水,检测其COD值。[结果]最佳的工艺条件为:温度30~32℃,pH值6.8~7.3,厌氧消化污泥1500ml,活性炭200ml。此时的废水COD值去处率可达83.8%左右。[结论]用AFB反应器处理白酒废水,效果较好,便于操作。
[Objective] To establish an efficient method to treat liquor wastewater based on anaerobic fluidized bed (AFB) reactor and find out the optimum conditions.[Methods] After preparation of acclimated activated sludge containing related bacterial strains in the anaerobic environment,carriers and the activated sludge were both added to the fluidized bed reactor to deal with liquor wastewater and the COD values were determined.[Results] The optimum conditions were as follows:temperature 30-32 ℃;pH value 6.8-7.3;anaerobic digested sludge 1 500 ml and activated carbon 200 ml.The removal rate of COD value in wastewater could reach about 83.8%.[Conclusion] The AFB reactor is easy to operate and its treatment effect of liquor wastewater is better.
