摘要
利用ADAMS/Car模块建立大学生方程式赛车(FSAE)双横臂独立悬架仿真模型;对模型进行运动学仿真,对表征悬架运动学性能的参数进行分析以确定优化目标;利用ADAMS/Insight模块通过设定设计变量、综合目标函数和约束条件进行多目标优化设计;根据优化结果修改悬架的运动学仿真模型,再次进行仿真分析,并比较优化前和优化后悬架的综合性能;仿真结果表明,优化后的悬架综合性能得到明显提高,证明了多目标优化设计方法的有效性和正确性。
A simulation model of double-wishbone independent suspension for FSAE racing car was established by ADAMS/Car.Then the dynamic simulation for the model was done,which kinematic performance parameter for the suspension was analyzed to determine optimization objectives.Multi-objective optimization was presented by ADAMS/Insight through setting design variable,comprehensive target function and constraint condition.Afterwards the kinematics model was modified according to optimization results,and the simulation was analyzed again to compare the total suspension performance before optimization and after optimization.The simulation results show that the total suspension performance after optimization is improved obviously,which proves that multi-objective optimization method is effective and correct.
