摘要
为提高FSAE赛车设计水平,利用Adams/Car建立赛车双横臂前悬架仿真模型,通过双轮同向跳动仿真试验,对悬架的外倾角、主销后倾角、主销内倾角及前束角等运动学参数进行分析。利用Adams/Insight对悬架的运动学特性进行优化,结果表明,优化后,悬架的整体性能得到较大提高,有助于提高整车操纵稳定性。另外,对悬架在实车装配中涉及到运动学的问题进行说明,对提高FSAE赛车的性能具有一定的实际参考价值。
To improve the design level of FSAE racing car, a model of double wishbone front suspension is established based on Adams/Car. Several analyses for camber angle, caster angle, kingpin inclination angle and toe angle have been clone through the Parallel Wheel Travel simulation test. A kinematics optimization of this suspension has been done based on Adams/Insight. The result shows that the suspension's peribrmance has been improved 'after optimization which is benefit to improve the handling stability of the racing car. In addition, several notes about installing and regulating of the suspension have been provided which has referential value for improving the performance of FSAE racing car.
