2型糖尿病患者体质量及血糖控制情况与血脂水平关系研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者体质量及血糖控制情况对血脂的影响。方法根据体质量指数及糖化血红蛋白水平,将160例糖尿病患者分4组:初发糖尿病体质量正常组、初发糖尿病体质量超标组、糖尿病血糖控制达标体质量正常组及糖尿病血糖控制达标体质量超标组,比较各组血脂水平。结果体质量超标组的TC、TG、LDL-C高于体质量正常组,HDL-C则低于体质量正常组;初发糖尿病组的TC、TG、LDL-C高于血糖控制达标组,HDL-C亦呈降低趋势。结论体质量超标及高血糖的2型糖尿病患者存在明显血脂代谢紊乱,降低体质量、控制血糖水平可以改善糖尿病患者血脂异常。
