40岁以下糖尿病30例临床分析

摘要 糖尿病是一种以血糖升高，出现尿糖，进而引起脂肪和蛋白质代谢紊乱的严重危害人类健康的不可根治性疾病。其发病率每年以1‰的速度增长，已成为继肿瘤、心脑血管疾病之后第三位严重的疾病，至1998年患病率上升至3．21％，疾病本身及各种并发症对人群健康的危害日益严重。糖尿病发病率和发病总数在全球范围内正逐年上升，近年来更呈现出年轻化趋势。虽然对糖尿病病因学，治疗学方面的研究已经日渐深入，但针对40岁以下糖尿病患者临床分析鲜见报道。本调查旨在了解40岁以下人群糖尿病患病情况及相关因素，为糖尿病的早防早治提供依据。
