高血压病患者血清高敏C反应蛋白水平及其影响因素 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析高血压病患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平及其影响因素。方法选择207例高血压病患者(高血压组)和129例血压正常者(对照组),记录两组的临床特征,测定其血清hsCRP、生化指标,并进行超声心动图检查。结果高血压组hsCRP水平显著高于对照组,hsCRP水平与体质量超标、吸烟、血脂紊乱及左室舒张末径增加、左室收缩末径增加、左心室舒张早期二尖瓣最大血流速度和舒张晚期二尖瓣最大血流速度之比异常有关。结论hsCRP是高血压病的危险因素之一,并且与体质量超标、吸烟、血脂紊乱、心脏结构和功能异常等因素相关。 Objective To analyze the serum level of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and its influential factors in hypertensive patients . Methods The study performed in 207 hypertensive patients and 129 normal blood pressure peoples. Recorded general conditions,blood pressure level, genetic history, treatment history, serum hsCRP level and other laboratory parameters. Heart construction and function measured by echocardiograghy. Results The serum hsCRP level of hypertensive patients surpassed that of normal blood pressure people. The hsCRP level correlated with overweight, smoking, blood fat disorder, heart construction and function abnormity. Conclusions The hsCRP level was among the risk factorys of hyperetention .
