摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定维生素C注射液中维生素C含量的方法。方法:采用Phenomenex luna-NH2分析色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸二氢钾缓冲液-乙腈(1∶1,磷酸调至pH 3.0);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:245 nm。结果:维生素C的线性回归方程为Y=29 560X-21 310(r=0.999 5),线性范围为5~30μg/ml,平均回收率为98.30%(n=9,RSD为2.1%)。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于测定维生素C注射液中维生素C的含量。
Objective: To develop a quantitative method for the determination of Vitamin C in Vitamin C Injection.Methods: Phenomenex luna-NH2 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used as chromatographic column,a mixture of acetonitrile and dibasic potassium phosphate buffer solution(1∶1,v/v) was used as mobile phase,which was adjusted to pH 3.0 by phosphoric acid,and the detection wavelength was at 245 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Results: The regression equation was Y=29 560X-21 310(r=0.999 5),which was linear over a range from 5 μg/ml to 30 μg/ml.The average recovery was 98.30%(n=9,RSD=2.1%).Conclusion: This method is sensitive,rapid and accurate,which is can be used for determination of Vitamin C in Vitamin C Injection.
