摘要
目的制订健元片中维生素C的定量质控标准。方法色谱条件:C18柱,0.03mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(用磷酸调节pH至3.0)-甲醇(96:4)为流动相,检测波长为243nm。结果用该法平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.1%(n=9)。结论本方法可用作该品种的定量质控标准。
Objective To establish the quality standards the content of vitamin C in Compound Vitamin Tablets. Methods The chromatographic conditions were C18 column, methanol-0. 03mol-L^-1 KH2PO4 solution （pH 3.0）（4：96） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 243nm. Results The recovery of vitamin C was 99.3%, RSD 1.1% （n=9）.Conclusion The methods can be used for the quality control of Vitamin C in Potenmin Tablets.
