摘要
Tb^(3+)能极大增强Ce(Ⅳ)-SO_3^(2-)-OFLX体系的化学发光强度,据此提出了敏化化学发光测定氧氟沙星的新方法。本法的线性范围为2×10^(-9)g/mL~6×10^(-7)g/mL,检出限为2.4×10^(-10)g/mL,对5×10^(-8)g/mL OFLX平行测定11次,相对标准偏差为2.9%。利用该法测定了氧氟胶囊中氧氟沙星的含量,并对氧氟沙星胶囊和尿样进行了回收率测定,回收率在98.5%~105.6%,结果令人满意。
A novel rapid flow injection method with chemiluminescence detection was established for the determination of ofloxacin, the method is based on Tb3+ sensitized chemiluminescence of the Ce( Ⅳ)-SO32--ofloxacin system . The linear range for the determination of otloxaein was 2×10-9g/mL~6×10^-7g/mL,the determination limit was 2×10-10g/mL,and the relative standard deviation was 2.9% for 11 measurements to 5×10^-8g/mL ofloxacin standard solution. The method has been applied to the determination of ofloxacin in capsules with satisfactory results, and the recovery for determination of ofloxacin in human serum and urine is between 98.5%- 105.6%.
