摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ法和紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星眼膏的含量，线性范围分别为３０～１２０μｇ／ｍｌ和２～１０μｇ／ｍｌ；平均回收率分别为９８．５％（ＲＳＤ１．４％）和１００．７％（ＲＳＤ０．５％）。均可用于工厂内部控制质量。
The HPLC method and UV spectrophotometry have been developed for the determination of ofloxacin ophthalmic ointment.The average recovery and linear range were 98.5%(RSD 1.4%) and 30～120μg/ml for HPLC.100.7%(RSD 0.5%) and 2～10μg/ml for UV method,respectively.
