紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星制剂的含量 被引量:9

摘要 用紫外分光光度法测定了氧氟沙星眼膏、氧氟沙星滴眼液、氧氟沙星滴耳滴鼻液中的主药含量。样品经0.1mol/L盐酸处理后于293nm波长处测定,外标法计算含量。线性范围为1.0~10.5μg/ml,回归方程A=0.044396C+0.0082,r=0.9998。三种制剂的回收率分别为:氧氟沙星眼膏98.25%(RSD=0.82%,n=6),氧氟沙星滴眼液100.23%(RSD=1.21%,n=6),氧氟沙星滴耳滴鼻液100.20%(RSD=1.20%,n=6)。分别测定了数批三种制剂的样品,结果表明本法简便易行,精密度高,可用于三种制剂的质量控制。 A methed with ultraviolet spectrometry was established for the determination Of ofloxacin in eye ointment,eye drops and eye and nanal drops.Samples were treated with 0.1mol/L hydrochloriue,and measured at 293 nm. The standard curve is rectilineal within the range 1.0~10.5μg/ml. The recoveries of amount for these preparations were individually found to be 98.25%(RSD=0.82%),100.23%(RSD=1.21%), 100. 20%(RSD=1.20%).The method is simple,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility and good common uses.
