摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定了氧氟沙星眼膏、氧氟沙星滴眼液、氧氟沙星滴耳滴鼻液中的主药含量。样品经０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸处理后于２９３ｎｍ波长处测定，外标法计算含量。线性范围为１．０～１０．５μｇ／ｍｌ，回归方程Ａ＝０．０４４３９６Ｃ＋０．００８２，ｒ＝０．９９９８。三种制剂的回收率分别为：氧氟沙星眼膏９８．２５％（ＲＳＤ＝０．８２％，ｎ＝６），氧氟沙星滴眼液１００．２３％（ＲＳＤ＝１．２１％，ｎ＝６），氧氟沙星滴耳滴鼻液１００．２０％（ＲＳＤ＝１．２０％，ｎ＝６）。分别测定了数批三种制剂的样品，结果表明本法简便易行，精密度高，可用于三种制剂的质量控制。
A methed with ultraviolet spectrometry was established for the determination Of ofloxacin in eye ointment,eye drops and eye and nanal drops.Samples were treated with 0.1mol/L hydrochloriue,and measured at 293 nm. The standard curve is rectilineal within the range 1.0～10.5μg/ml. The recoveries of amount for these preparations were individually found to be 98.25%(RSD=0.82%),100.23%(RSD=1.21%), 100. 20%(RSD=1.20%).The method is simple,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility and good common uses.
