摘要 采用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0对JC-40绞车滚筒轴进行建模,并对轴上附件的质量和受力进行简化和静力学分析,得到了滚筒轴的节点变形云图和应力分布云图,找出变形及应力最大位置,提出轴的改进方案。滚筒轴的最大平均等效应力与解析法求解结果数值接近。根据有限元分析结果对滚筒轴的强度、应力和刚度进行校核,结果均能符合美国API的设计要求,表明该分析结果具有实际应用价值,可为大型传动滚筒轴的设计优化提供理论依据。 The static analysis of driving pulley shaft of the drawworks convey was conducted by using the software of ANSYS10.0. The nodal deformed shape and von Misses stress distribution figure of the shaft were obtained successfully and found the deformation and stress of maximum position, proposed the axis of the improvement plan. The result of analysis is close to the academic calculating. According to the results of analysis, strength check, rigidity check and stress--strain were calculated and the result indicated that it was accord with the regulation of API, Which indicates the result is valid. A theoretical reference for the structural optimization design of the shaft was provided.
