摘要
以25 t/h铝锭连铸生产线液压叉车的叉车架体为研究对象,用三维软件Pro/E建立三维模型,将三维模型导入AN-SYS建立有限元模型,对叉车架体进行线性静力分析和模态分析,分析叉车架体的变形及应力分布情况,找出变形及应力最大位置,提出叉车架体的改进方案,提高方案设计的可靠性。
The 25t/h aluminum casting production line′s hydraulic forklift of the forklift frame is taken as the object of study,and the forklift frame′s 3-D entity model in Pro/E is established,then the model is imported into finite element software ANSYS,and the linear static analysis and model analysis are carried to grasp the distortion characteristic and stress distribution situation of the foundation,the deformation and stress of maximum position are found,the forklift frame of the improvement plan is proposed,the reliability of the design is improved.
