摘要
针对某型号连采机的铲板部,应用有限元分析技术,对其结构进行优化设计,从得到的应力和变形云图中可以快速直观地找到结构设计中的薄弱部位,从而有针对性的进行结构改进,改进前后的铲板部最大应力由265 MPa降为163 MPa。研究结果能对铲板的结构优化提供参考,进而提高整机的性能。
An optimization design of continuous miner (CM)'s gathering head is carried out in this paper. By the finite elements analysis method, the stress deformation of the gathering head was analyzed, and the weakness of the structure was located and improved. The maximum stress was reduced to 163 MPa fi'om 265 MPa. The result shows that this study is helpful for gathering bead's structure optimization and the CM's performance improvement.
