摘要
以风电机组齿轮箱的低速轴为对象,首先将Pro/E实体模型导入ANSYS建立有限元模型;在此基础上,对低速轴进行线性静力分析;最后得出形变和应力分布结果以及切片等值图,并以此为据判断强度和刚度条件,提出轴的改进方案,提高了方案设计的可靠性。
Using Low_speed_axis in Gearbox for Wind Turbine Unit as an object,it firstly transforms Pro/E model into Ansys to create finite element model.And based on this model,it puts up linear static analysis on axis.Finally, The deformation and stress distribution can be attained,and the stiffness and strength condition can be judged on the basis of this result,later the aixs schedule can be put forward,and high reliability of the design can be attained.
