摘要
以啤酒糟为主要原料,经过初筛、复筛和多菌株优化组合发酵,筛选到7株发酵啤酒糟的优良菌株。最优组合发酵产物的粗蛋白含量高达40.9%,比对照提高42.5%。粗纤维降解率为3O.2%。
Seven strains producing fcedinguprotcins from spcnt cake were obtained by using selecllol1 of sin glc strain fermentation and various strains combination. Thc content of raw protcin of fermcntation produclrcached 40. 9%,it was 42. 5% higher lhan control and 3o. 2% of the content of raw ccllulosc was rcduccdThe rcsults showed the strains obtaincd werc good ones to produce feeding-protcins from spent cake.
