摘要
我科自1998年7月至1999年9月应用医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶Polyacrylamide Hydrogel(PAHG)填充组织36例,隆乳术14例,双侧填充总量为300~500ml(平均372ml)。一次性注入11例,补充2次注射3例。术中、术后1周均行按摩,14例中3例术后曾出现硬结,经按摩后消失。1例术后上肢活动有轻微疼痛3周后消失,1例术后感染经处理后治愈,11例获2~10个月随诊,外形、手感均满意。本文介绍一点进针,在乳腺后间隙均匀推注,形成一整块水凝胶,然后按摩塑形的方法。
From 1998.7 to 1999.9 the authors have applíed polyacrylamide hydrogel(PAHG)in 36 cases of soft tissue augmentation,in which 14 cases were augmentation mamnoplasty,the volume of bilateral breast filling was 300~500ml(averaged 372ml).In 11 cases,the fill-in procedure was performed in one stage.In the other 3 cases additional injection was needed.Intra and post operative massage was given.3 patients developed hard nodule in breast postoperatively,and disappeared after massage.Slight pain occurred in upper limb of 1 patient postoperatively and disappeared 3 weeks later.Infectjon happened in 1 patient and eventually recovered.11 cases have followed up for 2~10 months.Both appearance and feeling were satisfactory.This article introduces an one needle method of PAHG into the retromammary space forming an integrate mass then the appearance was remolded by massage.
