摘要
目的 探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注入阴茎筋膜下的临床反应。方法 于阴茎根部两侧进针至筋膜层 ,呈放射状均匀注药。结果 该水凝胶行阴茎加粗 2 2例 ,未出现药物毒性反应 ,2个月后形成薄层纤维囊包裹水凝胶。结论 聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶组织相容性好 ,是目前较好的软组织填充剂。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection into penile subfascial compartment. Methods Using syringe needle to enter sub fascial compartment through both sides of penis and injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel radically and evenly. Results 22 cases had undergone penis thickening by polyacrylamide hydrogel injection, there was no toxic reaction. Thin cyst wall was formed and surounded the gel about 2 moths postoperatively. Conclusion Polyacrylamide hydrogel is a good soft tissue filling agent for penis thickening with good biocompatibility at present.
