摘要
目的 聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术为近年来整形美容外科的一大热点 ,但对其术后并发症尚没有明确的统计结果及分析 ,且有关报道较少。针对并发症进行讨论 ,能最大限度地减少并发症的发生。方法 2 0 0 0年 12月到 2 0 0 1年 1月 ,治疗并发症患者 12例 ,对临床资料进行分析总结。结果 归纳主要并发症为疼痛、硬结、破溃、两侧不对称、感染。结论 针对并发症 ,笔者认为应提高手术医师素质 ,注意穿刺层次、部位及注射的量 ,掌握手术适应证及禁忌证 。
Objective The polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammoplasty has been the focus of plastic surgery in recent years, but there is not any special conclusion about its complications, and there are not many reports about it.In order to reduce the complications as much as possible, we discuss about the complications. Methods From 2000.12 to 2001. 1 our unit treated 12 cases with complications,and did some research work from the clinical cases. Results The main complications were pain, hard nodule, rupture, asymmetry, infection. Conclusion In order to overcome them, we should improve the ability of the operators,be careful of the injection,master the indication and contradication,pay attention to nursing care after the operation.
