摘要
目的 观察医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶对周围神经的影响。方法 聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶稀释后 ,以 16号针头注射到兔坐骨神经外膜内及其周围。注射量为 0 .5～ 1.0ml,观察兔趾展反射、神经动作电位及电传导速度。结果 聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶周围形成透亮薄层包膜。兔双侧趾展反射正常 ,双侧坐骨神经肉眼观察色泽、粗细均无差别 ,神经电生理检查动作电位及电传导速度也基本相同。
Objective To study the affect of injected HPAG on rabbit's peripheralnerve. Methods 0.5～1.0ml dilated HPAG was injected into perineurium of sciatic nerve. Observe plantar extensor reflex, action potential and electric conduction speed of nerve. Results Thin transparent membrane was developed around HPAG. Rabbit showed normal reflex, sciatic nerve gave the same colour and dimension in both sides observed with maked eye. Also, it showed no significant difference in electrophysiology of nerve including action potential and conduction speed.Conclusion HPAG had no negative affect on rabbit's sciatic nerve.
