摘要
在小麦赤霉病菌毒素的作用下,小麦品种的根数、根长、芽长和分化率受到了抑制,愈伤组织的褐变率、根的电导值及叶片的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性升高。抗病品种的根数、根长、芽长、分化率及褐变率受毒素的影响较感病品种小,即感病品种对毒素敏感,且抗、感品种的电导值差异达显著水平。抗病品种的 PAL活性增加幅度较感病品种大,本文就抗、感品种的电导值及 PAL活性的变化探讨了品种抗性的原因。
When plants were treated with wheat scab toxin,the root number,root length,shoot length and regeneration rate decreased, but the rate of callus browning, the electrical conduction rate(ECR) of root and activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL)in cell increased. The susceptible cultivars were more sensitive to scab toxin than resistant varieties. There was a significant difference in electrical conduction rate between the resistant and susceptible varieties. The increase in PAL activity in resistant varieties were larger than that in susceptible varieties. The mechanisms involved in the disease resistance of wheat varieties related to electrical conduction rate and PAL activity were also discussed in the paper.
