降解赤霉病菌毒素的Tri101基因研究进展

摘要 概述了降解赤霉病菌毒素的Tri101基因的结构和功能,并对其近几年在转基因方面的研究进展做一综述,探讨食物和饲料中真菌毒素经济、高效和安全的净化方法,进而提高作物产量和食品安全性,避免真菌毒素在健康方面给人类造成的不良影响。
