摘要
本文采用有机溶剂提取技术和分光光度法,对黄酮、多酚类化合物进行提取和测试分析,研究结果表明:新疆雄蚕蛾酒黄酮和多酚类物质含量较高,分别为0.6648 mg/mL和0.4356 mg/mL,具有很高的抗氧化、降血压、防止动脉硬化、抗衰老和清除自由基等医疗保健作用。
The paper adopted organic solvent extraction and spectrophotometry to extract and analyze flavone and polyphenol compounds.The results showed that the content of flavone and polyphenol in Xinjiang male silkworm moths wine was very high,0.4648 mg / ml and 0.4356 mg / ml respectively.And it has such healthcare functions as highly antioxidant,lowering blood pressure,preventing arteriosclerosis,anti-aging and scavenging free radicals.
