摘要
中国、英国等药典都对土霉素杂质吸收度制定λ490nm ≯0 .2 标准规定,而全国绝大多数厂家( 包括我省全部14 家土霉素生产厂) 都达不到该项标准。本项研究通过对土霉素提炼工艺中酸化、脱色及碱化等工序的调整技改,使其λ490nm 从0 .35 ~0 .55 下降至0 .10 ~0 .18 。
Setting up Oxytetracyclini Hydrochloridum′s λ490nm≯0.2 standard is in China and British pharmacopoei, but most of plants in our country (include all of 14 plants in Henan Province) have not reached the standard. The study pass through dropping pH、coming off colour and rising up pH in the purify technology. At a resuit, the λ490nm is from 0.35~0.55 to 0.10~0.18.
