同步荧光法测定氯氰菊酯的研究

摘要 建立了快速测定氯氰菊酯的新方法.在乙醇介质中,当Δλ=13nm,λ=270nm时,氯氰菊酯的恒波长同步荧光出现最大值,荧光峰的强度在0.16~8.58μg/mL范围内与加入的氯氰菊酯的量呈现良好的线性关系.线性回归方程为ΔF=76.55+18.57c(10-7mol/L),相关系数r=0.9992,标准偏差1.21%,检出限(3σ/K)0.083μg/mL.样品加标回收率为99.10%~101.42%.该方法可以用于蔬果中氯氰菊酯农药的的测定. A new method for rapid determination of Cypermethrin is developed based on the constant wave length synchronous fluorescent. In ethanol medium (△λ=13nm), the constant wavelength synchronous fluorescence peak of cypermethrin can be determinated at 270nm, a good linear relationship is showed from 0.16μg/mL to 8.58μg/mL of the Cypermethrin, △F =76.55+18.57c (10^-7mol/L) is the linear regression equation and the linear correlation coefficient r = 0.9992, the standard deviation is 1.21%, the detection limit(3σ/K) is 0.083ng/mL. The method can be used to determine the contents of cypermethrin in pesticide. The recoveries range of the sample are 99.10%-101.42%, and the RSD is less than 2.0%.
