摘要
目的建立生菜中高效氯氰菊酯农残分析方法。方法采用乙腈提取生菜中的高效氯氰菊酯,用Agilent弗罗里硅柱、NH2柱和C18柱固相萃取柱分别对样品进行净化,利用毛细管柱气相色谱法作为检测手段,GC-ECD进行定性分析。结果高效氯氰菊酯经过弗罗里硅柱的回收率在91.21%~102.78%,变异系数是0.63%~3.57%,最低检出限为0.001 mg·kg-1。结论高效氯氰菊酯顺式体氯氰菊酯和反式体氯氰菊酯2:3的双峰分离较好,操作简单,灵敏度高,添加回收率理想,可用于生菜中高效氯氰菊酯的残留检测分析。
Objective To establish a method for determination of cypermethrin pesticide in lettuce. Methods Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by Agilent SPE, Florisil column, NH2 column and C18 column, respectively, and detected by capillary column gas chromatography with ECD as detector. Results Recoveries of cypermethrin were 91.21%~102.78% with coefficient of variation of 0.63%~3.57%. The lowest detection limit was 0.001 mg·kg-1. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and re-producible, and the separation of cypermethrin cis-cypermethrin and trans-cypermethrin 2:3 bimodal peak is very satisfactory. This method can be used to detect residues of cypermethrin in lettuce.
