摘要
采用优化组合法选择了几种阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的复配体系及其它助剂,对10%高效氯氰菊酯悬浮剂的配方进行了研究。简述了该剂型的特点、配方选择、贮存稳定性等实验结果。确定了较佳配方组成:高效氯氰菊酯10.0%,亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠2.0%,亚甲基双萘磺酸盐1.0%,苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐0.5%,三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物2.5%,黄原胶0.1%,乙二醇5.0%,正辛醇0.5%,水78.4%,配制方法及其质量控制指标。试验结果表明该配方具有成本低、工艺简单、经济效益显著等特点。
Several anion and non-anion surfactants and other auxiliary to build compounded system were selected by optimization grouping method. Formula of beta-cypermethrin 10% SC was studied. The characteristic, manufacture method and specification for quality control were described as well in this paper. The composition consists of beta- cypermethrin 10.0%, naphthalenesulfonic acid polymer with formaldehyde sodium salt 2.0%, sodium methylene bis- naphthalene sulfonate 1.0%, soprophor HY-2 0.5%, emulsifier 1601 2.5%, xanthan gum 0.1%, ethylene glycol 5.0%, octanol 0.5% and water 78.4% were determined. The experimental results of the storage stability and the characteristic of the formulation show that it has the advantages of low cost, simple process and economical benefits.
